- Started off with the business of building material & cement business which went by the name : Jeevan Sales corporation , the heart of the company Mr. Babulal Fulchand Lalwani, guided his son, Chairman Mr. Jeevan Babulal Lalwani ,to take it upto himself to start off from the scratch.
- Gaining interest and success in the construction field , Mr. Jeevan B Lalwani went on to create history and created masterpieces in the commercial & residential segments and coined the firm- Lalwani Constructions & Lalwani Group Pune and named his first project - Lalwani Heights.
